LaDonna Sinning brings a wealth of experience earned as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Oklahoma City branch, to her audit practice.
As partner in the firm, LaDonna directs numerous audits of governmental entities, not-for-profit organizations and privately-held concerns. She also provides fraud investigation and other consulting services.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, LaDonna has written & instructed various courses including Communications Between You & Your Auditor, Capital Assets for Local Governments, and You, Me and the FDIC.
LaDonna holds an MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Oklahoma and also graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
LaDonna is married with one child, a daughter, who is a competitive figure skater. LaDonna finds her spare time is filled with skating-related activities.
Jake Winkler, CPA

Jake is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s in business administration. He joined the firm in 2020 and has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting with a large national firm. Jake has experience with local, state and tribal governmental units, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, software as a service and not-for-profit entities.
Jake serves as an instructor for various organizations around the state and nationwide related to governmental topics. He has taught classes for the OSCPA, Tribal Conferences, and the National Rural Water Association over topics ranging from state law compliance, single audit best practices, and ARPA funding requirements.
Our firm’s growth and employee retention are two areas Jake is proudest of since coming to work at Arledge. He was recently named to 405 Magazine’s list entitled Metro’s Most Influential, which recognizes the top 250 Oklahoma City leaders in 10 diverse industry areas.The list highlights those who take their position of leadership and use it to mold, shape, inspire and propel their spheres of influence forward. His sense of personal responsibility and guiding principles inform his work each day.
Jake's experience in managing audits and background working with large governmental authorities will allow you to draw on his experiences with both in-state and out-of-state to determine best practices. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He serves on the Accounting Careers Committee of the OSCPA, the Governmental Accounting & Auditing Committee of the OSCPA, and has served on the board of various non-profit organizations in his career. He is a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class XXXVI and was named an OSCPA Trailblazer.
Jake and his wife have two daughters who ride horses, play basketball and soccer. The family enjoys traveling and the outdoors. The Winklers are active members of their church, where Jake has been involved in children's ministry and as a volunteer coach for its sports programs.
Josh Mullins, CPA

Josh Mullins brings nearly two decades of tax experience to lead the tax department at Arledge and Associates. Josh’s knowledge is not limited to just taxes, he is also an experienced auditor and consultant. His background prior to arriving at Arledge and Associates includes working on litigation, investment and budgeting projects, business venture analysis and projections as well as a history of working with nonprofits.
Josh is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University where he also played soccer for four years and now serves on the Accountant Advisory Board. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Josh and his wife have three children who all play competitive sports. Both of his sons are avid soccer players and his daughter is involved in figure skating. Josh and his family are members of the Memorial Road Church of Christ where they play an active role in the kids ministry program.
Kency Duarte, CPA

A Certified Public Accountant, Kency Duarte provides financial and compliance audit and consultation services to a variety of public sector entities and nonprofit organizations. He has experience with audits of municipalities, governmental agencies, tribes and school districts.
As a partner in the firm, Kency delivers advice and consultation regarding complex accounting matters, leads engagement teams and assists in ensuring all reports comply with professional standards.
Kency holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alabama A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the winner of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants 2022 Trailblazers Award, the Oklahoma City Young Professional 2021 On the Horizon Award and the 2023 The Journal Record’s Rising Stars in Banking and Finance on The Power List.
As a board member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, Kency seeks to encourage equity and enhance diversity and inclusion throughout Oklahoma’s accounting profession. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Government Finance Officers Association, the Association of Latino Professionals For America and the Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in addition to participating with Oklahoma City Young Professionals in its leadership classes. Kency has also served as an instructor at the Annual Governmental Accounting and Audit Update Conference sponsored by the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and he was a speaker at the Not-For-Profit fraud training class.
Kency volunteers with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and with Positive Tomorrows. He and his wife, Maryorie, own a small farm to raise regional livestock. When not at work, the couple can be found watching sports, traveling and visiting local restaurants.
Jen Lindstrom, CPA

A Certified Public Accountant, Jen Lindstrom graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Her career has featured a diverse set of locations and opportunities.
Jen joined Arledge in 2017 and helps lead our tax department. Jen’s experience includes both audit and tax matters for non-profit, international, military and business sectors as well as individuals. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
As a military spouse, volunteering has been an important part of her life and work, with decades of service in personal and professional capacities. While living in Italy, Jen volunteered for the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and spent four years working with this organization. After returning to the U.S., Jen spent the next three years volunteering with AARP’s tax program. She continues to work with local nonprofits to help maintain their tax-exempt status and volunteers when possible.
Jen and her husband, Michael, are the parents of two adult children, Anthony and Maya. Traveling the world is her chosen pastime when not working as well as hiking, reading and family time.
Mark Neumeister, CPA, CGMA

A leader in the field of taxation, Mark advises firm clients on all aspects of tax strategy. He has more than thirty-five years of experience in tax planning, tax controversies and tax compliance in both public and private industry, and has advised companies on tax matters in more than 40 states.
A frequent speaker on tax topics, Mark has presented on a variety of tax matters to such groups as the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Oklahoma Tax Institute, Tax Executives Institute, Committee of Oklahoma Tax Accountants, and other groups. Shortly after Oklahoma enacted the Oklahoma Pass-through Entity Tax Equity Act of 2019, Mark was quickly recognized as a thought leader and frequent speaker on the implementation, including immediate election options, and interpretation of the new statute. His seminars on the new law were attended by more than 800 CPAs, lawyers and tax practitioners.
In 2020, Mark was awarded the Rick Kells Outstanding Tax Professional Award by the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He has also received the organization’s Silver Pen Award. Shortly after the Supreme Court’s decision in McGirt v. Oklahoma, Neumeister spearheaded the formation of a working group of CPA’s, lawyers and tribal members, to study and advise CPAs on the tax impacts of the McGirt decision.
Mark holds a Master of Public Accountancy from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He volunteers his time with the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium, where he serves as chair of the registration committee. He is also a supporter of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, where he serves as assistant treasurer and on several committees.
Nancy Hyde, CPA, CVA, CEPA

As an Arledge partner, Nancy advises clients on complex tax and accounting matters.
A former Oklahoma Society of CPAs president, vice president, secretary and Taxation Committee chair, Nancy is a member of OSCPA’s Accounting Hall of Fame. She is also a member of AICPA. Nancy served two governors as an Oklahoma Securities Commission volunteer commissioner and has served as a member of the Governor’s International Committee.
Nancy volunteers time frequently to serve several local organizations. She serves as Treasurer and Board member of Sister Cities International OKC, Inc, Treasurer and Board member of YWCA and Treasurer and Board member for IEEW-Peace Through Business and mentor/host to women business owners from Rwanda and Afghanistan. She serves on the International Committee of Rotary Club 29 and visited Romania in May, 2017 to see the three Rotary Club 29 medical projects as well as visiting Kigali, Rwanda in May, 2018 to meet with women business owners in their home country.
She is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate.
David Mayfield, CPA

David Mayfield oversees client accounting services, including outsourced bookkeeping, controllership and fractional CFO engagements. His career spans more than 30 years, with experience in public accounting, private industry and as a small business owner. David is the former owner of David Mayfield, CPA, PLLC, a consulting firm that specialized in fractional CFO services.
David currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium and the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. He was named to the OKC Business’ 40 Under 40 in 2006 and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXV and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accounts.
Volunteering with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and other organizations is also an important part of David’s life. He and his wife, Alishia, are graduates of Oklahoma State University and they are the proud parents of Nicholas and Madelyn. David, Alishia and their dog, Kashmir, live in Edmond.
Jim Denton, CPA

Jim joined Arledge in 1984 and manages audit, tax and other accounting projects. Jim has also assisted numerous tribal entities through various audits, reviews and consulting projects.
Jim currently serves as a Special Review Committee Member for the Government Finance Officers Association's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program. Jim is also a recipient of the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing.
Jim serves as an investigator for the Oklahoma Accountancy Board and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Jim has served as the Chairman of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and as an instructor at the Annual Governmental Accounting and Auditing Update Conference sponsored by the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, receiving his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1984.
Jim is a former public school teacher and band director. He and his wife, Cathie, sing with the Canterbury Choral Society.
